Updating the TDD Process
One of the things that my AI agents are great are are sorting out Git repo SNAFUs, which is perfect for me because I'm great at causing them. Merged to the wrong branch? Committed some parts of the ticket to one branch and the rest to another? No problem, sorted in 60 seconds. It is also capable of making a mess of some tasks as I'm sure we've all seen, but I don't think that it is more fallible than me, and it is much faster at rectifying them. With this in mind, we've iterated on the TDD "red - green - refactor" model, to be "red - green - refactor - commit". Commit every TDD iteration into the local repo, so any mistake can be rolled back more easily.
